HVAC Installer Job Description
ProServ Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Installer who has a strong work ethic and takes pride in keeping customers happy. If you are self-motivated, can work independently and have experience with residential and light commercial HVAC installation, we’d like you to join our team. Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of field HVAC service and/or installation experience
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems as well as installing gas and refrigeration pipe
- Understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
- Knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems and experience in testing and balancing systems
- Ability to communicate with customers to discuss complaints, express empathy and provide solutions that result in a win-win for our customers and ProServ
Qualifications Desired:
- Strong verbal and customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Well organized and ability to work independently
